The first session of the “Xinben Plan” MTP Middle Management Training Program
The program has progressed smoothly since it began on August 14.
As the program came to a close,
we invited a distinguished guest speaker from outside the company, Hu Bangjie,
a Registered International Professional Trainer certified by the American Certification Institute,
a Registered International Course Designer certified by the American Certification Institute,
a mentor for the 2020 National Finals of the China Boutique Course Competition,

The program used two classes and six teams in a points-based competition.
Points were awarded according to practice progress and results
as well as presentations, interaction, rapid-response activities, and more.
Guided by the instructor, every participant took part actively,
engaging in lively discussions, staying focused, and racing against the clock…
The three months passed in the blink of an eye.
Which team ultimately came out on top?
After the course came to an end,
Mike, the instructor, and the participants held a closing ceremony together.
Jin presented completion certificates to everyone who took part in the program.
That is what makes Xinbeidi special~
Ali and Min shared their thoughts on the conclusion of the training program.
“Respecting knowledge and continuously developing talent will always be our direction.”
Mike gave each winning team a small closing gift.
The winning teams were Group 2 from Class 1 and Group 3 from Class 2.
Finally, Mike discussed the context for improving management, the value of learning and growth, and the conditions needed to improve management performance
as well as the management responsibilities of the program participants, sharing his reflections on the first session~
“The rewards of a job include two things:
a competitive income and a better version of yourself.”
We could not agree more.
As Mike said: “Apply what you learn, and practice reveals the truth.”
We hope everyone gained something valuable and new insights during the three-month program,
truly understood the essence of every session and applied it in their daily management work.
As the first session draws to a close, here is a small preview:
The second Xinben Plan program — the “Learning Facilitator Training Camp”
is already being prepared with great care.
We look forward to seeing an even more impressive performance next time.
