The program is officially underway!

The rains of August
August really did bring rain, rain, and more rain.
Good weather may arrive late,
but our training sessions never do.
And here we are:
“The Xinben Plan: MTP Middle Management Skills Training Program
has arrived right on schedule.
This training program is divided into two classes.
There are six courses in total.
Xinben Class 1 and Xinben Class 2
Each class has three teams of six participants, with points awarded throughout the program.
The highest-scoring team will also receive an award and a mystery gift.
On the opening day,
Mike personally joined the opening ceremony in the training room
and expressed his support for the program!
He encouraged everyone to participate actively and apply what they learn.
The goal is to put the knowledge gained here to practical use at work.

Ang led the first course of the program.
Improving Interview Skills for Interviewers
These are highly practical skills for middle managers.
The session received thunderous applause and an enthusiastic welcome from the start.
Ang did not rely on empty motivational talk.
Instead, the session focused on practice, discussion, and role-play exercises
to get everyone involved.
Everyone gave it their all to earn points for their team!
The classroom was energetic, and every team eagerly raised its hand to contribute.
Each team sent a representative to the front to present its perspective.
After each team presented, Ang coached them one by one, offering encouragement and praise while pointing out details to watch for~
Working in pairs, everyone practiced mock interviews…
After the course,
the participants said they had gained a great deal.
They were already eager to ask when the next topic would be held.
Let’s look forward to seeing everyone graduate successfully
and find out which team earns the most points and takes the honor.
