In gentle June, when the wind and clouds were soft,
Xinbeidi welcomed another group of talented new colleagues.
A youthful energy filled the room.

Fo opened the session
with an extraordinary start.
Every eye turned to this knowledgeable speaker.
With just one simple game, Fo quickly helped everyone open up
and let go of their nerves~
Each new colleague introduced themselves in turn.
Everyone spoke freely,
openly sharing their names, interests, and hobbies.
No one seemed nervous at all.
Several natural comedians had everyone laughing out loud!
After the fun introductions,
Fo shared a session on “Policies and Benefits.”
Every new colleague joining Xinbeidi
is bound to have questions and uncertainties.
After attending this forum,
everyone’s questions were answered one by one.
Everyone gave the session their full attention and asked questions actively.
After the Q&A,
we invited two guests, Am and Mi,
to share their experience and exchange ideas about work with the new colleagues.
The room was filled with insights~
with one lively exchange after another.
At one point… the discussion ran overtime and no one wanted to stop.
